Living In Divine Alignment

Divine: Excellent, Delightful, Spiritual

February 28 - March 1, 2020

Lotus Heart Centre, (north of Brighton, ON)

What does it mean to Live your Divine Life?

It means listening to your innate, inner guidance and wisdom, making choices that align with that wisdom, and dealing with the after effects (negative or positive outcomes or consequences) of those choices with grace and acceptance.

Over the course of the next several days we will explore a variety of techniques, some yin and some yang, that will help you to align more fully with your inner wisdom and bring you closer to Divine Alignment.

First the yin...

The ancient practice of yoga teaches us to pay attention to the wisdom of our souls…. The first steps to developing the skill of listening to that inner wisdom is to move into a quiet state of being. Settling into this quiet, inner source allows us to really connect with our soul’s purpose. Through the practice of mindful movement and a variety of meditation techniques, we will work on honing our ability to access this inner resource….

Then the yang...

Throughout time, over the course of many centuries, the most gifted and successful people in the world learned how to tap into and channel the most miraculous and inconceivably powerful force that the world has ever known. And yet we most often use this powerful force against ourselves to focus on what we don’t want and the problems that may arise. Have you guessed what it is?

It is your imagination.

We have been given the gift of amazing creative faculties for a purpose, so that we can live exceptional lives. But the average person does not know how to tap into this phenomenal creative power within them.

This week-end you will learn;

  • How to stop choosing achievement over rest and rejuvenation.

  • How to slow down and stop living your life in “trance”.

  • Methods to tap into your inner wisdom through your imagination and the language you choose.

  • The steps that the most successful people in the world practice every day to lead exceptional lives filled with an abundance of energy, happiness and success!

  • How to tap into and channel your creative energy so that you improve your health, happiness, finances, and relationships.

  • How to wake up every day with more energy, motivation and focus.

  • That you are only one decision away, every day, from having the life you always wanted!

Shelley Wallace Vitality Coaching

In addition to my degree in Social Sciences, I am a certified practitioner in Positive Psychology and soon to be certified practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. This knowledge, combined with more than 20 years experience working on the front lines of mental health, and being an active provincial leader in numerous professional associations, I have  experienced and witnessed what can be achieved in both personal and professional domains through the application of a values and strengths based approach to happiness and wellbeing. In my coaching practice, I combine this approach with NLP techniques to teach women how to transform their lives by focusing on their unique gifts, the use of empowering language, trusting their inner guidance system and channeling their creative energy.

I am on a mission to empower heart centered women (as well as teams & organizations) to achieve their full potential so that they can experience renewed energy and achieve breakthrough results both personally and professionally. My passion and energy, along with my sense of humour, gets people involved in my presentations. Kellie Dearman
Certified Yoga Teacher, Trauma Sensitive Yoga Teacher

I am passionate about yoga and the way my practice is constantly deepening and maturing over time as I incorporate this comprehensive spiritual practice into my life. This ancient practice has taken me on a journey to find a deep sense of inner peace and connection that I can draw on at any time. My goal as a teacher is to help each person discover connection to their deepest self, their innate sense of Being .

I am a certified hatha yoga instructor with over 5,000 hours of teaching experience. I LOVE teaching breath-centred, gentle hatha yoga and meditation at my home studio as well as other locations in Eastern Ontario.

My key teaching strength is my ability to adeptly offer multiple variations for every pose, while encouraging my students to first and foremost listen to their inner guidance. Since I began teaching in 2005 I have facilitated over 20 yoga retreats and various workshops. I also deliver private and small group mindfulness/trauma sensitive practices for individuals dealing with PTSD and other stress-related conditions.

Dolores Stott
Certified Forest Therapy Guide,
accredited by the Global Institute of Forest Therapy.

Put aside the "to-do list", turn off your phone and take time to breathe and listen to nature's wisdom. A guided forest therapy experience is designed to help you slow down, quiet your mind and awaken your senses to the gifts of the forest. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku”, which translates into “forest bathing”, forest therapy is a mindful, healing, connective practice. Spending time in nature not only strengthens human immune response and reduces stress, but also make us more creative, mindful, and content in our lives. The beauty of Forest Therapy is that it connects humans and nature, so that both benefit from a renewed relationship.

A Forest Therapy walk is 1.5 to 3 hrs long. It's not a workout. We move slowly and pause often. The guide leads a series of "invitations" to help you quiet your mind, slow down, and awaken your senses to each moment unfolding around and within you. Participants branch out for short explorations, solo or in pairs, and then circle back to the group. We end with snacks and tea made from tea plants harvested along the trail. What to bring: an open mind, comfortable hiking shoes, warm comfy clothes
